I'm currently working on this problem in my practice. I'm confused over how anyone else is able to own the Inn. From the rules, it sounds like only the Yandells can own the inn. Why is the W family able to potentially own the inn in this problem?
Why did we skip 15 so quickly? Is that a typical question that we should always skip and come back?
