    I think you're mistaking >3rd for >3 they are not the same thing. What we have here is a rule that requires whatever number you put in the 5th spot to be greater than the number in the third spot. In the third spot we have zero and the in the fifth spot we have 1. So 1 is greater than the number that is in the 3rd spot. Make sense?

  2. Do you think 2 months of Full time (9-11 hours/day) and 1 month of part time (2-4 hours/day) is enough time to perform well on the LSAT?
