What about the rule that Iv must be shorter than Sv and Tv? Wouldn’t that make the board into I – S – T w: 1 – 1 – 3 v: 1 – 3 – 3 ???
If Iv must be shorter than Sv and Tv and 2 is not allowed then Iv must be 1 both Sv and Tv must be 3. How then can Sv be shorter than Tv? 3 is not shorter or longer than 3!
So I just crossed out every two in my master sketch and got
1 1 3 1 3 3
No answer choice could be true on my game board, and I don’t see how Sv could be shorter than Tv given that Iv must be shorter then both of them and 2 is eliminated as a target.
What kind of weird diagram is that
Honestly fuck this game. Hate when they put shit like this on here it doesn't make any sense.

This is my master sketch
I S T
w: 1/2 1/2 2/3
v: 1/2 2/3 2/3
Iv < Sv and Tv
w < or = v
Sw < Tw

1 1 3
1 3 3
